Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup tomato sauce Taco shells (hard or soft) Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced avocado Instructions: Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Add Aromatics and Spices: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef.
